In individual therapy, we explore how your nervous system responds to stress and how parts of you may be protecting or holding onto past experiences. Through increased awareness of your emotions, body, and inner patterns, therapy helps you develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Over time, this process can help you build resilience and reconnect with a deeper and more authentic sense of yourself.

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. When the ups and downs of life begin to feel difficult to manage on your own, it can help to talk with someone who is there to listen and support you.

Many of us develop ways of coping based on past experiences. While these patterns may have helped us at one time, they ca sometimes begin to hold us back from living the life we truly want. Dr. Collins takes an integrative approach to therapy that helps clients better understand these patterns and develop new ways of responding to difficult emotions and situations.
